Children's Workshops
Enhance acting ability, character building, self-esteem and teamwork through imagination exercises and acting games. Learn audition techniques needed to land that special role. Experience the technical aspects of theater including stage management, lights, sound, costumes, props and set design and decoration.
What's needed? Bring your imagination and comfortable clothes. The end of each session culminates with an on-stage performance for family and friends! We accept children ages 5 through 15 years. Class sizes are limited to maintain quality!
Rent Space in our building.
Our charming, historic, comfortably air conditioned/heated facility may be available for rent to host your upcoming goup theatre party, off-site meeting, retreat, art event, birthday party, graduation party, fund raiser, workshop, brainstorming session, club meeting, art class or recital. We provide our comfortable theatre, or a room with tables and chairs in our lounge, where a small adjacent galley is available to warm some food. Economical rates. For details and availability, call Pamela, our facilities director, at 856/829-6488. We reserve the right to enforce certain restrictions, of course.
Experience model railroading at its best!
The Burlington County Model Railroad Club is located in the basement of our theater. Their entrance is on the opposite side of the building from the parking lot, in the driveway next to the Pomona Swim Club. They have worked over 20 years on their layout, and it is a spectacular experience for young and old. Always planning an open house, but best of all, kids under 12 are free!
