How to Volunteer

FootNotes Newsletter

Footlighters publishes an occasional newsletter as part of our effort to keep our subscribers informed of the latest news within the group. Announcements of the latest general meeting, issues to be discussed at the meetings, and something about the meeting entertainment are some of the features of FootNotes. Occasionally, a board chairperson will write an interesting article about themselves, their department, and what it is like to perhaps build a set, buy makeup for a show, or prepare the theatre for lighting. In addition, any upcoming workshops are announced.

Adobe Acrobat
To view the FootNotes newsletter, you need the Adobe Acrobat PDF reader. It may already be installed on your computer. If not, it is available for free by clicking on the link at top left.

Many printed pieces on the Internet published in the PDF format can be viewed, and printed from your computer using the FREE Acrobat Reader software from Adobe Systems Inc. Acrobat Reader runs on Windows, Macintosh and Unix systems. It takes only a few minutes to download and install, and can be used to download literature at many other websites, including tax forms at the IRS. Click on the link at left.
